Every Week Matters

Consistent attendance improves student outcomes, increases career options and helps students build relationships and confidence.

At the Secondary College of Languages, we are committed to helping every student reach their full potential and have a positive experience on Saturday mornings. By attending classes regularly, students will have the best opportunity to excel in their language-learning journey and connect culturally with their peers.

We understand that sometimes it can be hard to attend every week. If students have trouble getting to the College on Saturdays or arriving on time, we encourage them to reach out to our dedicated Campus staff.

It is also essential that the College is informed if a student will be absent or need to leave early, either on the day or the day before, and provide the reason for their absence. This helps us maintain accurate records and allows us to offer any necessary support to our students.

Remember, missing even a single Saturday means missing an entire week of valuable learning opportunities. Even if they miss just a few weeks here and there, these absences can add up and have a negative impact on students' learning and well-being.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding attendance or any other matters, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Let's work together to prioritise attendance, so our students can grow and succeed!
