Changes to the 2020 HSC languages oral examination dates

2020 Exam Timetable

The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) has adjusted the HSC written and oral exam timetables. Each will start a few days later than originally planned to give students more face to face time with their teachers to revise, ask questions and seek support in the lead up to exams.

  • Oral language exams will now start on 15 August and finish on 19 September.
  • Written exams will start on 20 October and finish on 11 November.
  • Results will be released on 18 December.

Key dates and deadlines listed are subject to change due to the COVID-19 outbreak. NESA will continue to provide updates with exceptions and changes to relevant deadlines.
